JP Reis performed a strategic review for a major financial services company headquartered in London.  We found that $250K was being spent each month on a telephony system.  This was managed by a third party telecom provider and a separate technical consultancy.  The system required 18 servers in 12 locations worldwide.

We designed and delivered a solution using just three upgraded servers situated at regional hubs in London, New York and Hong Kong.  We also re-engineered the associated support system, which featured automated central server maintenance, and rolled out the upgrades in less than 9 months.

The increased efficiency in infrastructure and support meant monthly spend was reduced to $50K per month and once the system went live it paid for itself inside 3 months.
